Everything was great during my first visit with my cat, Jasper! I called to make an appointment for him as a new patient and was quickly accommodated with a date and time that cooperated with my work schedule in order to bring him in for the necessary wellness check. I was taken early for my appointment and was actually back in my car leaving the office by the originally set time. Dr. Simpson was so friendly and took time to interact with both me and my pet, answering any questions I had. The office staff was equally pleasant and attentive. The entire office and the exam room were both immaculately clean. Another nice and personal touch was that they had the names of all the new pets coming in for their first appointments written on a whiteboard in the waiting room. Excellent experience overall! I look forward to bringing Jasper here for years to come!

For six years I have had the pleasure of getting the best care for my two cats from Monhagen Veterinary Hospital. We lived in the area but since then have moved and I drive 50 minutes each way so my babies can get the best care from this hospital. Their doctor is fantastic, the nurses are wonderful, the staff friendly, and the place is always nice and clean…

Every single time I have called with an emergency with one of my dogs I've been Turned away, for no reason other than that I wasn't previously a client. I live within minutes of this private care facility; if they would have seen and provided first aid to my Morkie when I called initially, instead of sending us over an hour away before she was able to be medicated&nursed, she might still be alive today. Cannot believe there is any way that this business cares about the well-being of animals or making money!

I would never trust another veterinary office with our Maggie! They treat her as if she was their own. Dr. Hanel, Dr. Furman, and the entire staff are top notch. I never have to worry in an emergency. They have always been there for us and have gotten us in asap. I’m thankful to have such an awesome practice so close to home!
