The staff is amazing and patient with Saint. The vet took time to explain everything clearly and made sure Saint was comfortable. Really appreciate the care and professionalism always shown, we left feeling reassured and well taken care of. Love Bond Vet

I brought my 16 year old dog Lily to Bond Vet in Hell’s Kitchen last week with a bulging bloodshot eye! I didn’t know what was wrong with her, but I knew something was terribly wrong. Dr Spetsieris Took action immediately! She did so with compassion, care and kindness that we needed. She knew exactly what was wrong and exactly what to do, and then recommended the next steps. Although she referred me to another specialist, she followed up all through the weekend checking on Lily. Lily had eye surgery a few days ago and is doing quite well due to the wonderful care she received. I believe this saved her life! I feel grateful!

From the front desk to the nurses and doctors. Everyone is really nice. They explain everything with detail at all times. The location is beautiful and perfectly clean. Plus is amazing that your furry friend can get some treats after the visit! :) Highly recommend it!

I've been a long time client of Bond Vet on the Upper West Side and have spent thousands and thousands of dollars on my cat's care over the years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing and has shown that Bond Vet cares more about revenue than patients. My cat suffered a severe urinary blockage in July, and after a 6 night stay in the ICU, he was prescribed a preventative prescription diet. Despite several follow-up visits, my latest being October 2nd, 2025, I was told that no future refills could be approved unless I scheduled his "annual wellness exam" by October 28th, 2025 - even though my cat is healthy, not due for vaccines, and was just seen on October 2nd, 2025. It took three follow-up emails and nearly two weeks to receive a response, and even then, Erin (clinic manager) refused to show flexibility or acknowledge the redundancy of another visit. The level of delay and inflexibility is unacceptable. I've filed a complaint so the BBB can review Bond Vet's communication practices and rigid policies, which prioritize billing over the well-being of your pet. I will no longer be using their services and want other pet owners to be aware before trusting this location with their pets.
