We have two dogs that use Bond Vet and we are extremely happy with the care and services. The staff is super attentive and supportive, especially demonstrated when I wasn’t home and our dog had a sudden allergic reaction that caused his face to swell to more than double its normal size. My kids (ages 12 & 14) quickly took Chief to Bond Vet without an adult and the staff treated each of them with the same respect and care that they have consistently afforded me. I was not surprised but very grateful nonetheless. Regarding pricing, vet services are just pricey in the city; however, our Bond Vet in Fidi is open on the weekends and later into the evenings, which is a huge benefit. Plus, the staff is truly amazing (shout out to Amanda)!

Our dog is a patient of the Upper West Side Bond Vet location, which we love, but Sidney needed spayed, and those procedures are done down at this location. We were a little nervous dropping her off, but all went very well. The staff down here is just as great as the staff uptown. We couldn't recommend Bond Vet highly enough. They really care about your pet.

They take excellent care of our German Pinscher and I feel confident recommending them to other pet owners. Our dog is a rescue who gets anxious in vet offices, so making sure he feels comfortable during checkups is really important to us.

Do NOT under any circumstances bring your puppy here. They are completely negligent, unreliable, and not communicative at all. Delaying giving us important test results, rude and incompetent receptionists, and IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a vet even when your puppy is ILL. This place has severely hurt the health of our puppy. They have no idea how to properly care for or treat my puppy and due to their negligence, my puppy is now suffering. Please beware and do not trust these horrible people with your precious animals.

This was Momo’s first time at Bond Vet and we took her to the Financial District branch. Dr. Kirsten Wong and nurse Diana were extremely gentle with Momo, very attentive to the concerns we had and helped us address those concerns. We even got the free heartworm test as part of Wellness Wednesday!! Amanda helped us out with the checkout and all of the staff ensured that we knew the price of the product/services that we were paying for before we swiped the card. The branch itself is impeccably clean, very well done, has single-ingredient treats for both cats and dogs. The staff is super friendly and we are extremely relieved and happy to have a vet like them in our neighborhood. :)
