My experience as a walk-in was very nice walking in the place is very clean. The front desk representative was very friendly as soon as I got checked in, and I was speaking to the nurse and the veterinarian. They were very attentive very open to wanting to hear what was going on with my Puppy they even provided information about insurances and extra help in regards to the needs of my Puppy. Overall, the experience was very good. Of course cost is going to be a lot, especially for your puppies needs, but that’s a given, but they were very nice about breaking down prices and what was necessary for the health

Awesome experience My two year old Mastiff had a UTI and i could not get a appointment with the vet soon enough. I made an appt online and was able to take my dog in to be seen that afternoon. The office is beautiful and staff extremely friendly. The process check in was quick and streamlined. The price was reasonable. Im glad they are a short walk away in my neighborhood. They have late appointments too

PROS: - clean, pet-friendly environment - always have same-day appts - knowledgeable & friendly vets - quick prescription approval & easy to reach a person CONS: - care is on the pricey side - may not *need* everything on the recommended care plan, be discerning I go to Bond whenever my cat has an emergency or time-sensitive need where I'm willing to pay for the convenience of a same-day appt and a quick prescription fill. For annual check-ups, fecals etc I use other vets that have more affordable prices but may be a bit slower. I do love & recommend Bond!

Yesterday took my boy Oscar for his annual check and also expressed my concerns about his weight gain. The doctor was so attentive, answered all of my questions, Ozzy got his annual exam, vaccines, his bloodwork and also his eye checked, his brother might of scratched him by accident because eye was watering, we got eye drops for it and the eye got better right away. Taking my other two cats for their annual soon too. Very happy and will recommend Bonds vet to all my friends and neighbors of Lower East Side.
