Great vet! Dr. Taylor is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. They have always done such a good job with my cats. During our most recent and very difficult kitty illness, they were so understanding and supportive. Thank you Dr. Taylor and Battenkill Vet staff!

Would highly recommend. Was new to the area and needed a vet for our special needs dog. We were blown away by professionalism, expert care, and the staff and Doctor's friendly attitudes.

Friendly staff, seem good with my dog and how she is treated. A stool sample was lost and I had to recollect, and find time to deliver another sample or I would have put it to five stars. Great Vet. Highly recommend.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I have trust this veterinary practice for over 8 years. Dr. Scott Lutgens is beyond amazing. He is so kind and gentle with my fur babies and makes them feel safe and comfortable. I moved 3 years ago and I still make the hour drive to have my babies seen by Dr. Scott Lutgens. I could choose some place else that is more convenient but the trust, kindness and peace of mind I have with this practice is what keeps me here. On top of that they are so responsive and helpful. When I was traveling for a year I was able to send emails to Dr. Lutgens about concerns with my dogs and he responded with his best advice and judgement. He is one of the main reasons I return to this practice.
