"C'mon down for a sonogram at 7am." Show up, wait a few hours. "We can't fit you in today." Go to Cornell "we'll send the records." Show up at Cornell "we didn't get any records." Place ain't what it used to be. Save yourself some time unless it's trauma just head to Cornell. We have Healthy Paws so it wasn't about the money but Cornell for almost identical services was cheaper by a third. Our girl is on the mend.

We took our critically ill Collie in not knowing what was wrong. Our regular veterinarian had given her pain medication and told us to wait another week before she would see her back, and she refused to run any further tests even though I had called stressing the significance of her deterioration. Our vet was actually nasty even though I am an experienced medical professional. Our dog was rapidly admitted by an efficient staff who took her situation very seriously. Dr. Hunter took a very detailed history and listened intently and respectfully, spending a lot of time with us and showing her deep concern. She called 2 1/2 hours later with a serious preliminary diagnosis and told me to call any time during the night for an update. Dr. Hunter called at the end of her shift, after our dog had improved to tell me she had deteriorated and that she would give the new vets a complete assessment. Dr. Saari called me a few hours later with an update to discuss our options. Violet's diagnosis was too severe and advanced for her to survive and he helped us through her euthanasia. Every member of the team at Veterinary Medical Center "held our hands" through this difficult process and treated Violet as if she were their own beloved dog. Since I have brought many seriously ill furry family members here since its opening this is the kind of care that your pet will receive if you ever need emergency care.

Staff was nice, but when I came in this morning to pick my cat up, she was covered in her own feces and urine, caked into her fur. The least they could do is clean it up, she has never been this dirty in her life. not to mention the smell. if your pet stays overnight for any reason, just know they’ll probably need a long bath when they come home. and for over $2,000 to stay one night for monitoring, you’d think they’d at least send her home the way she was brought in. Glad she’s okay though.

We brought our cat to be treated there and we had to make the tough decision to have our 'Arlo' cross over the Rainbow bridge. The staffs Professionalism, compassion and support helped us immensely.

Great vets and techs. Warm welcoming atmosphere. Real empathy with pet parents . The receptionists are very calm with nervous pets. One thing I particularly liked was the roomy waiting area. My dog, who has cancer, gets wonderful care.
