Quick and efficient, reasonably priced, great care by the vet for a simple vaccination visit. I was able to have my pet cat taken care of with no hassle.

Very friendly and patient staff (veterinarian, vet tech, and support staff). They were so good with our two large dogs even though one of our dogs was freaking out and a lot to handle. The check in and check out/payment process was very efficient and organized. Great experience overall!

1st visit Appt was for 4:45 made them aware I was running late. Young lady via texts responds ok at first 3 mins later says they close at 5… mean while i am unable to understand why they would schedule an appt at 4;45 knowing they close at 5. She responds my appt was at 4:45 not 5 I respectfully ask for her name and ofc then ghost! No response! The lack of unprofessionalism we see now a days is beyond me. Ridiculous is all I can say if you close at 5 dont make appts 15 before closing and hire people that know how to follow thru with proper conversation's

My dog had a bad reaction after getting shots at Petco Jackson Heights. I tried to contact them over the phone and they took no responsibility to help my pet and showed no concern or compassion even though I was very upset. They recommended that because of the age of my pet that I do not get her vaccinated in the future. My groomer asked for proof of my conversation with Petco (vetco) so I asked Petco for a note. Instead of helping me I received a bad attitude from the vet and a nasty tone and he did not give me the note. My dog has not been groomed since. I made 5 separate calls to customer service of Vetco and I was promised a call back each time. I received NO call back whatsoever. This was a total lack of concern for my pet and a valuable customer. Based on their high prices and bad treatment, there is no reason to return to that store.
