10/10! I've decided to adopt a puppy when I moved to WO and VCA Eagle Rock has been absolutely amazing with my pup Astro. They are very welcoming and loving with my boy. Anything we needed they have always responded within minutes. Amazing facility and the front desk woman always are on top with keeping documents, payments and pet profiles up to date. I never have to worry about payments or his pet profile being outdated. Putting their professional services and customer service aside, I also feel that they are very affordable. Their care club program is absolutely amazing and honestly took the stress off my shoulders on having a high bill for each vaccine. Their care club packages are amazing and cover all the major things your pup or dog may need. I seriously recommend them as your vet and to look into their care club program. They are the best and astro loves them!! I could never bring him anywhere else. ♥️♥️

I thought this place was good, until recently getting an appointment within even the week was impossible apparently. Imagine having a sick pet and waiting a week to have them seen lol. And whoever the front desk lady was hung up when i said i can never get in there for appointment hahaaa. You should he ashamed. We're not going back to you weirdos again, we dont like to wait weeks for an appointment. Idiots.

I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Cantamessa and the entire Eagle Rock Animal Hospital staff. I have been going to Dr. Cantamessa for many years, currently with a dog and 2 cats. To say that she is amazing is a gross understatement. I think of my animals as members of my family and that is exactly how they are treated at Eagle Rock Animal Hospital. Everyone from the front desk staff, the technicians, the assistants, and the veterinarians are kind, knowledgeable and compassionate. I could never thank them enough for their tireless dedication to the animals they treat.

Amazing customer service. We spent a lot of time searching for the right place for our beloved Onyx, She’s a pitbull with a little bit of anxiety at the doctors. ERAH made us feel at home and didn’t mind helping us with our anxious pup. We’re very happy here and wouldn’t take Onyx anywhere else.
