My nursing dog had an appointment today at 10am for her annual vaccination and a check up after her giving birth. I show up to my scheduled appointment and I was told That the doctor stepped out and would be back shortly and for me to wait in my car. 45 mins later I’m still sitting in my car and doctor has not showed up. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Will not be coming back, what a waste of time and my dog being away from her pups for no reason.

Today I had to put my cat to sleep, i called for an appointment was told to come in right away, from the receptionist to the doctor my cat and myself were treated with dignity and they made a hard day seem easier
