Dr. DeLucia and his staff were incredible with my Saint Bernard, Eugene. We were unhappy with the care our dog was receiving at another animal hospital. Eugene became scared and reactive when visiting our previous vet. Dr. DeLucia and his staff were patient, caring and extremely thorough in their care for our Eugene.They are very compassionate and willing to work with us. I am so happy I found this animal hospital.

My wife & 1 had brought our cat to 2 pet clinics whom told us that our cat was close to death and another that dismissed us for a UTI. Unsure of what tests were preformed as we weren’t allowed in. But we knew in our hearts their was something more wrong with our loving cat Mini! We made an appointment & was seen by the most caring & gentle staff then we met the Dr. whom was also very gentle & caring to our fur baby! We felt relief getting answers that seemed to go with the symptoms our cat had been experiencing. There was a tad bit of communication issues/difficult morning but overall we are very pleased & thankful for the doctor squeezing us in at such short notice and giving our Mini the procedure she needed done! The pricing wasn’t too outrageous & everyone was very detailed oriented about the entire procedure that was done along with the after care that we needed to do at home! We can not thank the staff & doctor (s) enough & we have definitely found ourselves a new veterinarian!

This is one of the best animal hospitals. Dr. D and staff are so caring. They are true animal lovers. Priced fairly and the doctor and staff are there to answer any questions you may have about your pet. Hospital is so clean. If you are looking for a new animal hospital. Please check them out. Wonderful. They love to do community service too!

I was extremely disappointed with my previous vet's treatment of my dog and me after they diagnosed my dog with diabetes. They told me there is nothing more they can do and I should see a specialist. Instead, I researched other vets near the West Milford area and Skylands is top rated and was also recommended by a friend. I'm so grateful they accepted a new client. I was very emotional making the first phone call to ask for an appointment and was treated with such care and kindness. After the very first visit my dog's health significantly changed for the better amazingly overnight and continuously gets better. I needed a vet that would listen and Dr. DeLucia did just that and offers all logical advice that made sense. All the office staff is consistently kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this vet to everyone! Super grateful for all of them !

After seeking a second opinion with Dr. Delucia for my little pom puppy's broken leg, I have now switched both my dogs to Skylands Primary Pet Care. From that first visit, through surgery and all the after care I cannot say enough how pleased I am with this vet's office! The entire staff were so kind and caring throughout the whole experience. Dr Delucia and his staff clearly care for the long term well being of my pets AND me. Thank you Skylands Primary Pet Care!
