Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

My family have been going there for years! Over the years, they've helped us with our cats and dogs when they were sick.🐕🐈 One thing is, they are pretty expensive.💵 On a scale of 1-10 of how expensive they are, I would say about 6 or 7.💵

The vet is a miracle worker. Her assistant is even better.

Brought our sick dog there while we’re visiting the shore. Really wonderful place, so kind and my normally very nervous dog was cooperative and liked everyone, wish we lived in the area year round because it was as a really good experience.

Oh my god, that was the worst vet experience I have ever had. All my dog needed was a few vaccines. They insisted on using a muzzle, which I was fine with, but it understandably increased my dogs anxiety. Every time the vet would go to give a shot, she would grab her skin with her nails and shove her into the wall. My dog kept getting more and more agitated, whining and thrashing. The vet kept yelling at her and saying “You’re making this hard! You’re making this difficult! Ugh!” I stepped in and asked “Hey, could you please give her a minute? She’s really stressed, she needs a minute to calm down.” And the vet refused until I physically stepped in and asked her to stop. After my dog had a moment to calm down, she was fine and the rest of the exam went smoothly. We got up to the counter and I paid. The vet prescribed her several medications that we had not discussed previously. I was just so ready to leave that I didn’t inspect them, which I recognize is on me. When I got to the car I realized that the cost for the appointment was FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS. They charged me $20 for an “ear medicine” that is just rubbing alcohol and Aloe Vera. Each vaccine was $50 and they charged me a $10 “NJ DEP/OSHA fee.” All in all, extremely unprofessional and terrible experience.
