I have been using faith vet for many years, very consistently this past year due to an emergency with my dog and my cat only 6 months apart. I’ve spent a lot of time here and think the technicians work so wonderful and so hard, and the veterinarians are always great as well. I would give 5 stars if it were not for the owner/man who tends to the majority of the phone calls. In all honesty, I had every intention on giving 5 before today’s interaction when I tried to call back after I was quickly told we needed to add another medication to my cats treatment plan. Instead of being told the dosage, I was repeatedly cut off while speaking (which has happened in most of the phone calls I’ve had with this gentlemen) and told chewy would take longer I need to just come back, and then being told they’re too busy to tell me the dosage over the phone so I can order it on chewy. Not only was it rude, but this is my pets health here…I will not have someone refuse to give me my cats dosage so that I can get it here faster than I can squeeze time into my schedule to go pick it up! I am already ordering a medication from chewy that they don’t have at their clinic, so why can’t I order this new one with that one? It makes no sense! I truly hope that I can continue with using their services but I am left with a very bad taste after this encounter. I tolerated them being short with me in the past due to understanding how overworked and understaffed they are, but this was unacceptable. I want to say again that the technicians and doctors are wonderful, and if given the option I would give them a separate rating of 5 stars!

My dog who was with me for 17 years and definitely a part of my family was not doing well. The staff was extremely professional, obtaining a thorough history and examining Hershey. They were very supportive and compassionate. I have been at this veterinary clinic before and their kindness is so amazing and very much appreciated.

Dr.Raj did surgery on my 10 yr old Great Dane . She was in excellent hands. Faith Vets whole team took great care of my baby girl. They gave me all her meds and excellent post op care instructions. Dr.Raj personally called me after hours with an update on tests and to see how my baby girl was doing! Thank u so much Faith Vet Clinic you all are the Best!!!!!

Love Faith vet!!! Roger my shepherd had an annual visit and while we were there an abscess on his foot opened up and blood was everywhere!! They quickly and calmly took such good care of him. We left with meds for the surprise Abscess , his nails cut and all his vaccines!!! FAITH VETS ARE AMAZING!!!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I want to say that all the people that work here are very friendly and know what they are doing I have brought two cats two dogs there and was not disappointed in their knowledge and niceness to my pet and myself. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a great place to bring their pets. They are very busy and there prices are very reasonable. I will continue to go there with my furry babies.
