I have been using Dr Horn for at least 30 years. I travel over 1/2 hour to take my dogs to him because I trust him. All my dogs have loved him and get excited to go there! I highly recommend going to Veterinary Care Center

Simply the best! Our pup was viciously attacked by our neighbors dog. Dr Horn did everything he could to make our dog comfortable and called North Star vets to let them know we were on the way as it was an emergency situation that required surgery. will never forget his kindness. he even stopped by north star on his way home to check on our dog and called to give me updates. i no longer live in the area but if i did dr horn would no doubt be our vet. forever grateful.

Very disappointed. I brought my cats here for years and was always satisfied with the service and attitude. Last couple of years I can't get an appointment if my cat is sick-ever. The staff and doctor don't seem to care at all. No follow up if I call about a sick cat. No reminders for shots. I asked for the cats records and no one even asked why I needed them! When I was told my cats hadn't had shots and I pointed out that I never got any reminder, the response was "oh" and I wasn't offered an appointment to get them. Found a new vet.

Have had pets for over 35 years and Dr Horn is the best, Love this place! He is a pro and we appreciate the care from the entire team! Terry and I wish we could give more than 5 Stars!

We've been going to Dr Horn for almost 20 years and he is outstanding. The staff is friendly and caring and they are always reliable. Would highly recommend
