Unprofessional and neglectful service. My dog has epilepsy and needs daily medication to manage his seizures. FIVE days ago the pharmacy contacted them for a prescription refill and got no response at all. The stress that their incompetence could lead to my dog experiencing a seizure that could have been prevented is infuriating. This is not how any responsible vet practice would operate. I have two dogs and have never had a good experience with this vet at all but this situation is what urged me to leave a review. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Scott has been phenomenal in dealing with our pet who has had several significant issues. We thought we might lose him, and we’ve gotten 6 more years (and counting;) thanks to Dr Scott!!

I’m revising my review upward from before. I always thought this was a great vet, but it has become more difficult to get a same day appointment. That being said, they did get us in the last two times, and they are making an effort. Once you get in, it’s a great place. So 5 star service. 4 star availability/scheduling. And that may go up!

Dr. Gannon has been wonderful with the care of my senior cat who is having some IBD issues. Alex and the front office staff have been great with communicating my questions to Dr. KG and getting back to me right away. I appreciate Dr. Gannon personally checking in to see how my cat has been feeling and answering my concerns and coming up with a care plan for her. It’s nice to deal with such compassionate caring people!

Dr. Gannon and the front desk staff are amazing! Thanks to Lauren, Gina and Dr. Gannon today. We adopted our third little guy and they were so kind, warm and patient! Dr. Gannon always listens to every single question and is so Loving to our little guys. I always leave feeling better and all of our dogs LOVE her. I don’t know what we would have done without her today! Thank you for all you do for us, Dr. Gannon! And Lauren thank you for getting us in. We are so thankful and grateful to have you here in town for our fur babies.
