Dr Gaddy and all of the staff are great with our three cats. They have always done well for the little furry ones. In think Phyllis keeps everything organized so they can take care of the pets quickly and efficiently. We sincerely recommend this vet for anyone in the area.

I highly recommend this veterinarian! We didn’t have to wait to be seen, as soon as we walked into the office we were greeted by a friendly face and taken right into a room . The doctor was really nice and great with my dog Snoop. She asked questions and listen to my concerns. It was great experience, and I am happy we found this practice …

We moved to Jackson recently and hadn’t been to the vet with our cats in a while. We had some concerns about our older cat losing weight, so we called a few vets with good reviews- the first two wouldn’t see my cat for 4 weeks. Brewers Bridge got us an appointment within a few days! Amazing. Still nervous about the cat, and going to a new vet, I arrived around 10am for our appointment. When we walked in the door the vet tech was smiling and waiting for us. No need to wait! She brought us right into the exam room to begin the appointment. After a few minutes, Dr Gaddy was in the room examining our cat. Our old vet used to have us WAIT a half hour, let alone be in and out in a half hour like we were today. To say I was extremely impressed by Dr Gaddy and her team would be an understatement. She and her staff were caring, thorough, and prompt. Visiting the vet isn’t exactly “fun,” but we left BB Vet very happy with the level of care. There’s no doubt we will bring our other cats in, and continue using Dr Gaddy going forward.

Doctor and staff are true animal lovers. Very gentle and thorough. Best "bedside manner" I've ever seen in a vet. Dr Gaddy and vet tech Nancy treated my kittens like they were theirs. Office is quick and efficient. No waiting. I have to mention also that prices are very reasonable. Highly recommended overall.
