VEG ER for Pets

If I could give this practice a 100 stars I would. I had had a very difficult and challenging situation with my Raven girl ( my precious black cat ) . Dr. Flynn was great (his compassion time, ( 24 hours ) care, kindness and top notch medical care and advice along with ,all his technicians and support staff were great with us. I could go on forever.....They helped me make my difficult decision. Dr. Flynn was professional , knowledgeable and compassionate. I will never forget his kindness. I highly recommend VEG ER to any pet parent seeking care for their pet. Once again , thanks Dr. flynn and your staff.

Clean, organized, assuring, informative and very polite. The entire staff encountered were professional and compassionate, warm and friendly. Cheryl and Frankie were great! Dr. Carl was thorough and very sweet. Elizabeth and jasmine were great! Always checking on us! Brought us snacks and a heater when the room got chilly. The care was PERFECTION! My pup is fine ❤️ we both thank this team of professionals 😉

I’ve been bringing my dog, Macy, to VEG for over three years now, and I truly cannot recommend them enough. They were the first to diagnose her heart murmur and have supported us with compassion and expertise through every stage of her heart disease. Macy has been cared for by nearly every doctor on staff, and each one has been exceptional—thorough, kind, and genuinely invested in her well-being. The entire team treats Macy with the utmost care and attention, and I’ve always felt listened to and supported. They take the time to explain everything clearly, are consistently responsive to my questions, and never rush a visit. Most importantly, they always prioritize what’s best for the pet—not what’s easiest or most profitable—and that kind of integrity is rare. I trust VEG completely and feel incredibly lucky to have them nearby. If you have an Emergency and need a veterinary team that truly goes above and beyond, this is the place.

I cannot thank the team at VEG Emergency Vet in Hoboken enough for the incredible care they gave to me and my cat, Theo. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with such warmth, compassion, and professionalism. Dr. Michel, along with nurses Kayleigh, Tati, and Britt, went above and beyond to make both Theo and me feel safe, loved, and supported. They were extremely friendly, kind, and patient throughout the entire experience. It's clear that this team genuinely cares not just about animals, but about the people who love them too. Emergency vet visits can be stressful and emotional, but their empathy and clear communication turned a scary situation into one filled with comfort and trust. I’m so grateful to have found a place that provides not only top-notch medical care, but also such a human, heartfelt touch. Thank you again to Dr. Michel, Kayleigh, Tati, and Britt — you are all amazing, and Theo and I are lucky to have had you by our side.

I brought my pup two times at this clinic. Both times were for urgent and concerning matters. Each time, the staff, vet techs and Doctors have been nothing but supportive, calming, friendly but especially clear and informative as to what was happening and what they were going to do. They were and always are so so kind and playful to my boy Pongo. Thank you for saving my boy 2 times, thank you for your patience and humor all the while caring for him.
