I will never bring another pet here ever again. We brought our dog here a few years ago for a growth on her side. I was told by the vet it was a skin tag and nothing to worry about. Apparently that couldn’t have been farther from the truth. It turns out it was actually a tumor. It started to bleed on Tuesday 9/19/23 and when I called to bring her in they said there was no appointments available but she needed to be seen. They couldn’t even accommodate an emergency visit. As a result of their misdiagnosis …something that could have been taken care of years ago ended up being the reason we had to put her to sleep today.

I would say based on my experiences with several animal hospitals, that Greenwood Lake is severely underrated in their caring and animal care. I have always had a great experience here.

The most professional and compassionate vet I've worked with. As much as we have some great vets in Northern NJ, they took care of my mother's pets and now mine.
