Was seen at my scheduled time. The doctor was very helpful. Educated me on how to care for my new puppy adequately. Gave excellent tips on crate & potty training. Very gentle with my dog and nice to speak with. This was my first visit, I will be returning. I’ve been to other vets in the area with my other 2 yo dog and this was by far the best treatment I’ve ever experienced. Thank you!

This place is the best!! Great customer interactions. If you ever want great service go in and ask for Colette. She is super sweet and is very informative. She treats our pups like they were her own. This is how I want to be treated when I go anywhere. The place is very clean and they always accommodate you. Be smart and check them out! You won’t be sorry.

Dr. Wagner and staff are Wonderful!!! I strongly recommend this Veterinarian. She is very knowledgeable and brought my dog back to his feet in no time. Colette was definitely born for this job! She is very loving and caring with pets….even though her shift was over she took the time to re-explain the medication and showed genuine concern. Excellent Customer Service! ❤️🐶

We couldn’t be happier to bring our new little puppy to this location. As new puppy owners, we wanted to make sure we found a team of providers that are knowledgeable and caring and they are just that and more. Colette, Stephanie, Dr. Joe and the rest of the team have been the absolute best! They go the extra mile in making us and our pup feel welcome and comfortable and we couldn’t be more thankful.

I was absolutely impressed by the service and care we received at the Vetco in Hackensack. The technician and veterinarian who assisted us on 11/4/23 with our kitten were extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. They provided us with such a caring and informative experience, and gave us the confidence we needed in dealing with a new pet. I would recommend this animal hospital/facility to everyone! A+++! PS---they were also completely understanding when I was running very late with our pet and accomodated us without issue. So happy!!!!
