I have taken my two beautiful huskies ,Bradley and Stormy, to Dr. Kim since Bradley was a puppy more than 10 years ago. Stormy, his sister was rescued three years ago. Dr. Kim has always treated my dogs with respect and empathy. She has always provided us with important details and useful information about their conditions and treatment plans. I am not a type of person who leave the review, but my experience at red roof was truly impressive. I used to go to the other hospital in Edgewater and my cat has a little problem about her lower level of white blood cell and the previous hospital couldn’t fully explain what causes lead to the level. BUT, Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable so explained three possible situations very logically in a simple way. She also helps me schedule an appointment for her spaying very quickly and told me she would do her best for my cat. I am so pleased to meet Dr, Kim who seems to really care about animals as well as really thank you to my friend who recommended this hospital.

Above and BEYOND service here, could not be more pleased with how they took care of my cat. Gave a thorough explanation of what was going on with her and what they had to do, explained the x-rays, were very transparent about the cost of everything and completed the procedure incredibly quickly. They even did the courtesy of cleaning her and trimming her nails, which I have NEVER seen at any vet clinic before, staying after their operating hours to do so. Seriously outstanding service. Was not a customer at first, I only came because I had an emergency situation and they were close by but I immediately switched after seeing the professionalism and care they provided me and my furry best friend.

Dr. Kim and the whole team at Red Roof Animal Hospital are amazing! I’ve been bringing my two French bulldogs and a cat here for the past 3 years. Dr. Kim is very knowledgeable, professional and caring! Two complicated surgeries were performed with flying colors! All regular visits are quick & easy!
