First time here. 1st year boost vaccinations for Taz( my dog). I book the appointment at 1:30pm and saw it was availability for 3:40. Follow instruction to be 10 min before. The staff received me took their clinical history got his new weight. We were called by the Dr and his assistant everything was quick by 4:05 we were leaving the clinic. Super nice experience!!! Thank you so much!!!

The staff had a terrible attitude and made me wait for 50 minutes, even though people who arrived later and had later appointments were served before me. While waiting in the store, my dog injured its paw. I alerted the staff, but they took no action to check the floor for safety hazards. I am currently in the emergency room waiting for my dog to get stitches. If you plan to visit this place, be sure to check the floor carefully to avoid similar incidents.

This is the worse place ever specially the ones who work at the vet department. Horrible service. Not human at all. Nasty ladies who works very unhappy. They treat me very nasty just because I got there 10 minutes late. I asked them to let me at the end and they ignored me. I have been here 3 times already and i am paying cash. Iam an old sick lady living alone and having problems driving here. Now who’s going to suffer. Yes my poor puppy but they doesn’t care. So think about before coming to this place on route 1 south Edison NJ.
