They are just horrible. I did not experience caring and love. I did not experience the same people quoted as “most amazing people..”love your pets like we love them” “caring and patient “ . They pray on the elderly who love their pets. You over charged for tests and said they were inconclusive. After switching to another vet and receiving copies of these test. You failed to mention that the test wasn’t inconclusive. The results were there. You didn’t fail to Oh, for the test to be redone for another fee Just please beware if you take your pets here if you have a red flag run with it.

I can’t say enough good things about this doctor and their staff . I have a 13 year old dog who I recently switched to South Paw . She has an extensive list of prior issues. In the years of not being able to resolve any of them Doctor Marks has really gotten my dog situated with the proper meds and tests to keep her happy and comfortable. If I had to describe South Paw the word I would use would be thorough . They really take their time to look into everything and give every possible option. Doctor Marks really takes the time to explain things in a way that’s understandable as well . I’m so happy I switched Veterinarians. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would . Dixie and I thank you !
