They wait till you get there to go over which vaccine your getting then tell you they are not doing your dog because the dog hasn't had the vaccine before. They are only doing boosters. I understand there is a manufacturer shortage and the reasoning but this issue should've told when making/prior to the appt. Contact should be made prior to the appt to ensure the requested service can be given prior to appt.

This place answer all your questions and doesn’t have you waiting for a long time. You will be in and out. You get called on time to get your pet their shot and be out in less then 20 minutes. I love this place❤️.
