My cat Pumpkin (14 years old) had to get some teeth pulled a while ago, I was so anxious about leaving him at the vet, but they took wonderful care of him. After the procedure was done they took a picture of him to send to me and texted me to let me know he was okay and the surgery went great! I feel like the veterinarians love him almost as much as I do. Whenever I take him to Clocktower I always feel like he is in good hands.

The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional! I am a newer cat owner, (as I have only owned dogs in the past). I now have two cats: one 3-year old orange tabby, Marmalade, aka “Marm; and one 1-year old beige tabby, Jasper (they are actually siblings). They have had only great experiences with the care they have received. I will recommend Clocktower Animal Clinic to anyone I know!

We brought in our adopted Persian that had mats all over him and they gave us a lot of information on how to proceed with everything including neutering. They also shaved the mats off which was very important since no cat groomers in the area would do it. He’s such a happy kitty now. They’re all so very informative, even the receptionists all so nice and caring.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They made room in their busy schedule for my sick cat. They discussed treatments and costs in a clear manner so I understood and could decide what was best for my pet. He is in good hands with people who will take excellent care of him.

We've been going here for almost seven years. The staff is friendly and eager to help pets to the best of their ability. They've helped me understand what our dog needs and were helpful in getting her on meds for thyroid issues. I've always felt heard and prescripts and other needs are generally met in the same day. I highly recommend this location.
