I called and was able to get a same-day appointment for my sick guinea pig. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived, my guinea pig had not made it. The staff was so kind and understanding. They even sent me a condolence card in the mail. Highly recommend this caring place.

This is a great office! Friendly staff and Dr. Brad is a wonderful avian vet. My Cockatoo had a large mass that appeared suddenly on one of her wings. It was cancerous, so she had part of that wing amputated. It sounded horrid, but you can barely tell now. She's been in an Elizabethan collar which was not invasive to her for the past 2 months. In fact, she's been a plucker since I've had her, and her back and leg feathers are coming in again! I hope she continues to improve and be my buddy for years to come. She is about 35 now, so it was a wise procedure. Only middle aged!

I have taken my bird and hedgehog here for a while now and Dr. Brad is always SO good with them. I appreciate how gentle and kind he is with my babies. The staff is always very nice too!

They were able to fit my cat in for an appointment when he seemed sick, which was wonderful. I had only recently gotten my cat from a shelter, so I did not have a regular vet to go to yet, and was struggling to find a place to take him. A-4 was super kind and helped fit me in. He's doing amazing now and he is very happy and healthy. I really appreciate them helping out my little boy! :)

I recently brought them a young mouse with a respiratory infection. I had work that day so I had to drop her off. The staff treated her with the same care and kindness they would treat any dog and cat, and were very communicative with me about the whole thing. They were so awesome and accommodating for me and Its definitely the best experience I've had at a veterinary clinic.
