My sweet love was 14 and crossed the rainbow bridge with help from Dr. Hipp. She made the most painful decision very peaceful and comforting. She sent a link to do payment ahead of time so that was covered and was punctual and explained each step of the process. I felt like I got to focus all my attention on Marlin and she handled him with such compassion and care.

I am so grateful for the team at Twilight Meadows for their help in the passing of our sweet Lucy. She injured herself on Friday and we needed a very last minute in-home euthanasia. Given her extremely anxious tendencies, Dr. Hipp provided us with ideas on how to make it be the most peaceful, stress-free possible - and it was. I had been so stressed out as to how it was going to go, but other than our Lucy being stubborn until the end, we gave her the final send off we wanted for her. I'm so grateful for the kindness, understanding, and compassion both Jackie and Dr. Hipp displayed. This is never an easy thing to do, but it's always more comforting when you have others walking with you. Thank you.

Dr. Hipp is amazing! She helped us with two of our pups who had to leave us too early to cross the rainbow bridge. She took time with us to consult and answered all of our questions and concerns. She is so sweet and you can see how she cares for the animals. We highly recommend her if you have to say goodbye to your furbaby.

Dr. Hipp and staff were very professional. Made the process easy for our family and kids. 15yr old dog, passed away peacefully surrounded by our family. Dr. Hipp explained simply how the process would go and did great job. Jackie was very prompt and kind in her response. Highly recommend.

My boyfriend recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye to his best friend of 12 years. I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible level of care, compassion, and patience provided by Dr. Hipps throughout the process. She guided us through this emotional process with empathy and kindness. Dr. Hipps created a calm, comforting environment for both us and Bodie. The amount of care and detail she placed into the process made the experience feel more compassionate and loving than we could have imagined. She took the time to explain every step, ensuring we felt at peace and never rushed. Her ability to empathize gave us the space and time we needed to grieve throughout the process, offering gentle reassurance and support when we needed it. Bodie was an incredible companion, and the respect and tenderness she showed him allowed us to say goodbye with love, honoring the joy he brought to our lives. If you are facing this incredibly difficult decision, I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Hipps. Her exceptional care and genuine compassion bring comfort and dignity to an otherwise heartbreaking moment.
