How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Peachtree Veterinary Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

He has been our family vet since we got here in the 90s. He's cared for each pet with love and compassion even making saying goodbye easier. Our boy bow got sick with cancer and he declined within months. Dr gave us meds to try that gave us a few more weeks and we will forever be grateful! Then when the time came to lay him to rest Dr Cranford did us the honor even though bow wasn't his patient and he wasn't taking new ones. He will truly be missed and is loved by so many in this town! Our family The Narkawicz's will never be able to thank him enough or say how grateful we are for all that he's done! He deserves the retirement of a lifetime after saving so many of our beloved fur kids! ❤

Greg was my vet for all of my animals for years. Goats, chickens, pigs, dogs, cats, HORSES. He saved my horse's life twice, literally saved. I am older now, and don't have animals, but I would always recommend him above any vet I know. He would come to wherever you were, which especially with horses, could be anywhere. I would give him 100 ⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟⭐️ any day for anything to do with any animal. Deidre Sowerby

My mom’s dog had an emergency. I called and the lady on the phone asked me how far away we lived, and told me to bring the dog in. I walked in, told a different younger lady what was going on. Another older lady, the one I spoke to on the phone, came out and told me that since she couldn’t find any file of the dog, there wasn’t any way to see her. I do understand appointments only, but why was I told to come out if she couldn’t be seen?
