Very good place. Prices are completely reasonable. And Staff is very nice. You wait up front and they take your pet back. Which was fine for us

My last experience here was just not good! The charges of money, their lack of understanding and consideration just left me with a bad impression. And the extra charges for every little thing, tells me it's just to get funding for humane society and not according to the circumstance at hand. The front desk staff that handled me on my last visit was rude. My first visit was a better experience, but this last one, made me start looking for service else where.

The clinic is very organized, they keep great records and have good procedures from appointment scheduling to billing to actual care of our pets and I feel like they work together as a total team. Everyone I have ever interacted with at the clinic from veterinarians to staff members are knowledgeable, responsive, kind, patient and caring. This is the experience I have had each time I've taken my pets there. I'm always very impressed.

Took my cat EllaMae for spaying and microchip. Also nail clipping which was needed badly. Everything went great. Everyone in the office was nice and welcoming. All my questions were answered. EllaMae is recovering fine. I would recommend them highly. Thankful to be able to receive the discount.
