Really great experience coming here. Staff were friendly and handled our family’s dog with care. I came in with Luna for a health condition and upon X-rays I was informed of her worsening status with a tactful and informative approach which made the experience better than it could’ve been with such bad news to be given. They really care about animals and are very good at explaining what’s going on and what we can do. Very low stress too for Luna, we were sent straight to a private “waiting room” with her name written on the door dry erase board. Payment in the room was also a plus, the process at Truss Vet made the whole visit less stressful on Luna AND MYSELF! Clean environment, a respectful approach, and caring individuals easily made this a high quality place without a necessarily high price. Thank you for caring for our fur baby! Our regular vet recommended Truss Vet to us for this visit and after this experience I also fully recommend this vet to others.

I love the idea of getting the pets out of the waiting area and into rooms immediately. It makes for a relaxing atmosphere to start the visit. My dog certainly appreciated it as he always starts to shake with all those other pets around. It was also nice that you pay for your visit in the same private room. No dog tugging on the leash to get the hell out of there. Staff was extremely nice and passionate for my dogs needs. Highly recommend.

Thank you Dr. Morton, Joe, and the rest of the team at Truss for taking such good care of Abbie! I went to an emergency vet that had a long wait and they recommended I call Truss since she could be managed by urgent care instead of emergency. I was able to drive right there and immediately taken to an exam room which was a welcome change from the usual waiting room. Abbie is normally an anxious cat but they handled her well and she was actually relaxing while we waited. They were able to get a blood draw for her which my current vet wasn't able to do in the past due to her anxiety level. The pricing is transparent and options well explained. We were there a little under 2 hours, including the exam, blood draw and processing, and getting fluids, which is pretty fast. There really wasn't a long wait in between procedures/exams. While I always hope an urgent visit isn't needed, I will definitely be back to Truss if it is.

My kitty got hurt and needed stitches. I brought him in and was skeptical about him freaking out and trying to run away while being examed. The team was SO gentle and SO caring that my baby felt super comfortable and had no issues at all. I 100% recommend truss vet urgent care off of battleground ave in Greensboro. Friendly, caring, mindful, gentle and most important HELPFUL. They got him taken care of in a timely manner, safe and efficiently. He’s at home resting and I can now rest knowing he had exceptional care and will be better soon ❤️

They were amazing with my Luna Tuna Kitty! She felt so comfortable and loved in their care the entire time we were there, even if it was only about an hour. Thankfully, they figured out what was wrong with her and it was only behavioral (cats 🙄) and they weren’t too expensive! Will definitely come back for our vet needs!
