have been taking my sweet girl here for years, and I truly cannot say enough good things about this team. My 12-year-old chichi was diagnosed with Cushing’s a couple of years ago, and they have been absolutely phenomenal every step of the way. From Kelly and Michelle at the front desk, to Candace and Jen in the back, to Dr. Chappell and Dr. Miller — everyone is kind, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Even the kennel techs (whose names I may not know) have shown Lillie so much love and care. I have complete peace of mind knowing my baby is cared for the same way she is at home. We are so grateful for each and every one of them! 💕 Thank you from Lillie & her mom 🐾❤️

The staff worked us in on short notice for a Saturday appointment, and we were also scheduled quickly for a biopsy. The staff and Dr. Chappell are all very caring and gave us the time needed to discuss diagnosis options. We saw Dr. Miller for our first visit and she was also very patient with concerns about our recently adopted rescue dog.

I had to find a new vet after moving to Greensboro and chose this place because they had multiple services I was interested in. The staff Supper friendly and patient staff. Took my two boys on a Saturday and the staff went out out of their way to help me and them when they realized I had a semi emergency. They behaved welcoming and answered all of my concerns. They have a good team and a lot of services that I will be making use of.

I absolutely love this clinic, and I am so glad I found them! Dr. Chappell and Mr. Miller have been incredibly thorough and take the time to explain issues in a clear, easy-to-understand way. I have never felt rushed, and all my questions are answered with patience and detail. They gave really clear directions for follow-up care, which made it much easier for me to feel confident taking care of my dog at home after a recent procedure. They truly care about the animals and made a stressful situation so much easier. This clinic has helped me so much in the past several months with my older dog, who has had multiple issues, and I’m grateful for their support and expertise. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinarian who is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly cares about their patients.

Always receive the best care for our dog. They never rush our visits and answer all our questions. We think their prices are good but since we only take our dog here we have nothing to compare it to. Would highly recommend.
