A Bond Built on Trust, Love, and Exceptional Care ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ There are very few relationships in life that span generations, and our family's connection with Dr. Packard is one of those rare and treasured ones. It began over 40 years ago when she became the trusted vet for my family's pets growing up, and she also served as the designated veterinarian for the Triad Golden Retriever Rescue program, an organization my mom volunteered with for many years. That foundation of trust never wavered. Over the past 20+ years, Dr. Packard and her incredible team have cared for 4 of my family's dogs with the same warmth, expertise, and dedication they have always shown. From the excitement of early puppy check-ups to the heartbreaking but necessary end-of-life decisions, she has walked alongside our family with compassion, honesty, and genuine love for the animals in her care. Those hard moments are never easy, but having Dr. Packard there made them feel less impossible. We also have to give a huge shoutout to her amazing vet techs who treat our pups with so much gentleness and love, and to the front desk team who are knowledgeable, kind, and so incredibly helpful when it comes to navigating pet insurance and all the details that come with it. This whole care team is something special. On a personal note, our families share a bond that goes beyond the exam room. We are close with her family and they even joined us at our wedding 23 years ago. That is not something you forget. I cannot thank Bel Air enough for saving my 8-week-old puppy! She came down with Parvo, wasn't eating or drinking, and I was so incredibly worried. The team at Bel Air brought her back to health with so much care, empathy, and compassion. They really worked with us and kept their prices reasonable during such a stressful time. Today, my puppy is completely back to her normal self—eating, drinking, and thriving. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a veterinary team that genuinely cares!"

We have been with belaire ever since moving to North Carolina 8 years ago and trust them with everything, they have put a few of our animals down for us and they always put so much love and care for them and us as we go through hard times with loosing them. But ofcourse as life goes on animals always find us and belaire is always the vets office to keep our pets safe and healthy

We have been going to BelAire Vet for 25+ years. Would not take our fur babies anywhere else! Dr Packard is the best! Am so grateful for her!! I would like to give a shoutout to Mindy! She’s perfect for the job she is doing! Her love for animals is so evident!
