How to Save on Veterinary Costs at Crepe Myrtle Animal Hospital

Preventive care

Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.

Compare prescription pricing

Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.

Consider pet insurance

Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

Take both our dogs here. Great service and caring staff. When Bentley was in pain and took him in they took him straight back and worked him in that day. Answer all our questions and recommend options. Would not take our fur babies anywhere else.

Dr. Delgado was amazing, as a rescue owner I deal with vets a lot and she was so caring and informative. We loved her and my dogs did too.

We just moved to Angier and were stressed about finding a new vet but Crepe Myrtle Animal Hospital absolutely exceeded our expectations. Their team was SO patient and sweet and kind with our pups. The service was better than any vet we have ever been to and they were very open and honest the whole time (even recommended cheaper medication online which most doctors wouldn't do). They also do military discount! I expected to spend quite a bit of money since both of our large dogs needed all of their yearly vaccines, flea & tick meds, and heartworm meds and it was very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend taking your fur babies here!

We have been beyond satisfied with our experience with crepe myrtle animal hospital and trust them whole heartedly with our fur babies. They were so understanding and compassionate when we had to let our sweet girl Missy go over the rainbow bridge. We still take our two kittens there and when we are ready for another dog I know he/she will be on excellent care. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else.
