Made an appointment for our cat because we thought she had an UTI. We were told they would call/text me with updates and to discuss plan. No call!! Brought the cat out with a $500 bill. I had no idea it was going to cost this much. Nothing discussed to prepare for this or options! I’ve called 3x to discuss and left messages. No call back, obviously avoiding me. It was a rip off! For example the cost of the antibiotics was $68. It was plain old amoxicillin. I know that is not the cost. Way up-charged! Will never go again!

The lady you deal with (vet’s wife) is very rude and unprofessional. The vet himself appeared to be solid and great at what he does. They are not a low cost vet, $1,000 for two dogs to get vaccines and wellness checks.

We've called multiple times, left messages, one was an emergency and we lost the animal. We never received even a call back. Very disappointed bc we live in the same town and it would have been so helpful. I have 2 Great Danes and I can't take both to the vet alone.

I had an Emergency on Easter Sunday and my vet was closed. My friend recommended Dr. Samuel & I left a message at his work on Sunday morning. He returned my call within 30 minutes and help me diagnose my dog, Hank’s Condition. He was extremely helpful even w/ a simple solution to keeping him hydrated w/ Pedilyte & Caro syrup. I truly appreciate Dr. Samuel’s help & kindness and making a difference in my & Hank’s health. Sincerely, Kelley & Hank

Just had my son's dog spayed yesterday at All Walks of Life and I must say, I am very happy with the level of service, professionalism, compassion and care shown. Jill and the vet assistant were amazing! Less than 24 hours after her surgery, Daisy is doing wonderful!
