How to Save on Veterinary Costs at PetVet Vaccination Clinic
Preventive care
Routine wellness exams can help identify health issues early, often before they become more serious or expensive to treat. Regular checkups are one of the most effective ways to manage long term veterinary costs.
Compare prescription pricing
Some pet medications prescribed at veterinary clinics may also be available through local or online pharmacies. It can be helpful to compare pricing when appropriate to reduce ongoing medication costs.
Consider pet insurance
Pet insurance may help cover a portion of eligible veterinary expenses depending on the plan, including accidents, illnesses, and in some cases preventive care. Coverage details, reimbursement levels, and deductibles vary by provider.

I have a 5 year old Chihuahua that is scared of everything. She always screams and cries when getting shots or nails clipped. Not today!!! They were so sweet with her, not only did she not cry, but licked and wagged her tail the whole time! And the cost was very reasonable--a third of what I have previously paid at another vet. Don't make the mistake of thinking, that just because they are inside a retail store, that they aren't top notch.

A little bit of a wait but worth it. Staff is awesome. My Luke had no problems with them.

This was our first time visiting the center and we were very pleased with the caring and knowledge of the vet and her assistant. The only issue we had was the delay due to the internet service.

It is affordable and transparent with the pricing and testing! Love it here. Other clinics usually do things behind the scene. We appreciate PetVet being honest and helpful!

Showed up at the PetVet Wellness Cennter at the Albemarle Tractor Supply. There were three people on the wait list ahead of me as well as someone who had an appointment. Waited about an hour and a half to see the Dr. Furr. The wait was worth it. Every patient received 20-30 minutes of the Doctor's attention. She was thorough and had a great manner with the pets. I think the Vet Technician was named Jessica. She was great with all of us waiting, getting us checked in and checked out all while fielding phone calls and questions from other customers.
