New to the area and researched holistic vets in the area and got led here. I’m so happy I did. Love the doc. Love the team. They loved on my pup. Just needed to establish care. Doc took time to sit down and address any questions or concerns I had. Love it here and glad to have found a furry family place.

The Staff is friendly and efficient. My cat had an urine infection and my usual vet was out of town. It was my first time here. I gave them a five star for being kind to me and my cat! Their office cat came and sat on top of my cat to comfort him. Very sweet!

I expected better service! I’m a new pet parent and recently took my pet to this clinic. He was severely injured by a wire fence and needed emergency treatment. I had no idea his injury would be extremely expensive. We were turned away because of my inability to pay the bill upfront. There was no empathy and I didn’t feel welcomed there. I was asked to pay the exam fee ($40) in which his wound was ONLY glanced at! My pet left the clinic dripping blood from his open wound. I will be getting pet insurance and NOT returning to this clinic.

Dr. Hickman and staff are amazing. She is so gentle and kind when working with the animals. We switched vets here due to an emergency and she handled the situation so well. We appreciate everything Natchez Vet Clinic has done and we will only be using them moving forward.
