Outstanding customer service every time! Dr. Garrity and his staff are extremely friendly, highly knowledgeable, and amazing with animals. My dog is always comfortable and well taken care of during his visits. I highly recommend Dr. Garrity!!

Dr. Garrity is very friendly and easy to talk with. Helped get my cat spayed for a decent price. Even says he works a lot with the local farming community which is nice.

Called the after hours number that we were given by the office for an emergency. The vet's wife answered the call, unknowingly that this would be his wife since the person in the office that told us to call said call anytime 7 days a week. She was horribly rude and unprofessional. She was not even in the Vet's office for the conversatuon so how does she know what was said. Instead of trying to help resolve the matter she started raising her voice and basically calling us a liar about being given the number to call. She said she is a school teacher. I hope she conducts herself better than this in the classroom because she could care less about paying customers that pay her bills.
