Even when the boarding facility is booked to capacity (usually 60+ pets)! If you are a client of Dr. Harper's, you and your pet knows it is truly cared for, loved, and is in excellent medical hands. No after hours Emergency staff available. Our horse had a terrible accident over the weekend. NO weekend staff available. The lady that answered was rude to my niece and laughed when she in a panic mode, tried to explain what was wrong and what happened to her horse. Her response... sorry Sha is in TN..hope ya find help. If you advertise as a full on ANIMAL HOSPITAL..BE there when you are needed!! Called Till Newell, they were on the scene in 30 minutes!!

It is sad when you live close to this clinic and your dog is not doing good and instead of trying to work you in, they tell you to see if you can find another vet! TWO TIMES!!
