This is the worst vet experience you will ever have. The vet’s only approach to care is through expensive medication, which they receive bonuses from their corporate office. They are terrible at tracking pet’s medications and care details, and have made several mistakes by prescribing medication the dog is already taking, and mixing up vaccine records/dates. The front staff is frequently incompetent and they do not return messages, claiming they are too busy, however they will tell you to keep calling to get through. It is a terrible experience and we will never return our dog to their care. Too many mistakes, terrible communication, as well as price-gouge.

VCA Bloomington is the best. We have taken our various dogs there for many, many years. Dr Geske is thoughtful, caring and thoroughly explains any issues with our dogs. She doesn't prescribe medication or suggest testing unless it is necessary. The staff is equally amazing and friendly. They all truly care about animals.

Absolutely love VCA Bloomington! The entire team (Doctors, technicians, grooming services to front desk staff) is professional, friendly , knowledgeable and empathetic. The examination and diagnosis are thorough, explanation of options available, follow up care, and upfront pricing are provided. My dog walks through the doors and acts as if she is attending a social event. Highly recommend bringing your pet here!

I cannot say emphasize enough just how amazing the team at VCA Bloomington is. I brought all 5 of my pets in to get their health certificates for traveling abroad. The entire team was so helpful, caring, knowledgeable, and understanding (when I stressed out) throughout the entire process. Kudos especially to Dr. Marres, Nikki, Kiera, Claudia and Becky!!!

Dr. Gustafson and the whole staff has treated our beloved lab Gus like her very own. They have shown love, compassion and expert medical care throughout his life. We wouldn’t go anywhere else!
