Just switched to Nova after attending their open house and couldn’t be happier after our first visit. As soon as we walked in we were escorted to our exam room—didn’t event have to sit in the lobby! Their rooms are large with big windows and are extremely clean and welcoming. Julia and Dr. Jones were so friendly and handled our kitties with care. This was the first clinic I’ve been to where I could stay with my pets for the whole appointment, which I really enjoyed. They walked us through everything and gave us an estimate before the exam which I found very thoughtful (and affordable). And they have treats in the room for your pets which definitely helped our cats acclimate and get comfortable. Overall so happy with the experience and highly recommend!

We lost our prior vet due to their unexpected illness, and we were scrambling to find a new vet during the most difficult time period of our family pet: their last day of life while suffering from cancer complications. The team at Nova Veterinary Clinic including their front desk staff, Patricia and Dr. Jones fit us into their already packed clinic day so that we could peacefully transition our beloved dog to dog heaven. They were extremely compassionate, skillful and have huge hearts.

We brought our rescue dog, Gabby, to the Nova Clinic and were so happy with how smoothly our visit went. The doctor was very calm and nice, just like all the other staff members. Can definitely recommend choosing the Nova Vet Clinic for your pet.

I am so thankful to have found Nova Vet Clinic. I have two dogs and we've been with Nova for about two years. The thing I love most about Nova is the consistent quality of care and transparency / fair pricing. All of the staff have been incredible to work with and I trust they are providing the best care. Recently, Patricia helped get me and my two dogs out of there in under 1 hour when I asked if we could expedite their annual exams. Thank you very much! Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for the care that Issac has received. Throughout his many medical issues (dealing with his eye abnormalaties, his skin issues, and then his tummy issues), the staff at Nova have always gone above and beyond to help. I always know I'll get a quick response from them to my many questions. Even though he has seen different doctors, everyone is always aware of what is going on with him. I;m so glad that I found Nova years ago!
