Preventive care

What a relief! I am so happy that I brought my dog (Charlie) to this office! Rachel and Dr Linder were amazing! They were caring, very knowledgeable, and explained everything in detail. They treated my pup as if he were their own. Highly recommend. 😄

Airport Vet is the best around as far as I'm concerned when it comes to care for my dog. They are friendly, treat you like their next door neighbor, and are very thorough and compassionate when we go in. The vets are fantastic, they explain everything and actually take time to talk to you. I won't go anywhere else.

This is the best vet! Both doctors are so compassionate and caring. You can tell by the way they speak to and about your pets that they truly care and want the best for them. I have never felt rushed into an unnecessary treatment like I have at other vets. The front office and the techs are so sweet.

So disappointed in this place. After taking two cats and our 2 year old pup, we were so saddened at how we were treated during our last visit. I wasn’t going to leave a review and just put this in the past but after thinking about it, we should have gotten a call from the practice revisiting the office visit and offering an apology. After all wouldn’t that be good business? We have a dog who has high anxiety going to the doctors. She is a great pup and full of love but when it comes to going to the vet it is very scary for her. When we came to our last visit we waited for about 45 minutes which did not help with her anxiety. Then when the nurse came in the room she had no empathy when we reminded her that our dog will need to be restrained when shots are given. My husband offered to help hold her but the nurse refused our help. The nurse had no personality and seemed to not like her job. She gave us the impression that we were inconveniencing her. I was left wondering that I’m sure a vet deals with this from time to time as not all dogs are excited about getting shots. Our dog did nip at her after she gave her a shot and the nurse then was so mean about the situation. The visit from there was very uncomfortable. The vet himself could tell I felt horrible as I repeatedly apologized and was in tears. I asked what can we do to make our visits easier on our dog and he then said we need to euthanize our dog. I reminded him that in the past we were offered other solutions but he said to put her down. I was left speechless. It saddens me because our other visits we were left with a feeling that the practice was caring and empathetic about our dog. One assistant even expressed not to worry this happens and we will handle it. The receptionist too even once told me they have dogs who won’t even step foot in the building and they have to walk to the car for shots. Finally, the other vet once told us we can sedate her if need be. But when I suggested that he told me why would I bother to do all that when I should just put her down. So I was confused during this last visit why those options weren't offered and why I was told to put my two year old dog down. What vet would be this heartless to even suggest this. I guess airport vet.
