Dr. G is the most caring and knowledgeable vet! Nick, her husband, and the office staff are so helpful. It's a family atmosphere! They take wonderful care of my 3 dogs and 2 cats! I highly recommend 9-Tel! ❤️ 💜 💖

I have an unshakeable faith in this practice. Knowledge and confidence on display every visit. slow and steady is the method, I would think its intentional to allow your pet to calm. A rushed visit could mean a fearful pet that may never return. All the staff are extremely pleasant, my visits have been in and out in 1hr leaving with a happy pet.

Dr. G is just wonderful. We had our cat spayed, she was in heat, and they didn't even charge me the extra $65 for that. They are so attentive and really explain procedures and recovery well. Her incision healed so quickly and was perfectly clean. They have a very friendly staff that answers phones and schedules, and it's a very convenient location. They have been in business for years, and I've been coming tot hem since I was a kid with my parents' pets. They are not pushy about getting "extras" and everyone is very accommodating. They are busy, but will take the time with you and your pet. Clean and organized; a great veterinary office.

If you enjoy overpriced vet service and waiting at least an hour for your scheduled appointment, this is the vet for you. It takes about 30 minutes to check out, as the front desk is extremely chaotic in addition to being perpetually late. My dog had a lump on his chest. The veterinarian reported that it was just a fatty tissue and not to worry about it. When we scheduled a surgury to have the lump removed, she asked me to bring him into the office for an EKG, as he has a heart murmur and wanted to ensure that all would go smoothly with the anesthesia during surgury.I took time off work to come in, waited for almost two hours, to be told that she did not infact have an EKG machine. When I took my dog to a different vet, I found out that he had malignant cancer. She also only performs surgury on Saturday's. If your pet has any trouble post-op, the vet is not reachable (or accountable)on Sundays. The office hours are very strange, limited and my current vet, had a difficult time reaching anyone from the office to inquire about my dog's past history.

Took our new Husky to see Dr G today and we were so impressed with everything about our visit! We are new dog owners, too. Dr. G and tech Kim took the time to answer all our questions while fawning over our cute puppy. We look forward to having such great care for Shilo for many years to come.
