My four-year-old cat got sick for the first time this weekend, and I brought him in to receive urgent care. I was struggling to find an emergency vet who could see us after 5pm on a Saturday, and Pet Well’s hours of operation/walk-in availability were incredibly convenient - their location was also at a doable distance for us, coming from Harper Woods. The staff were all very kind while listening to my concerns. My cat is TERRIBLE with needles, and they definitely did their best to put him at ease. He needed to be restrained in order for him to receive an IV bag of fluids, and I felt that the staff genuinely handled him as patiently and gently as possible, which made the procedure go much quicker/smoother than our experiences with other vets. I also felt that the pricing was very reasonable for the services that they provided - with their diagnosis/treatment, my cat was literally feeling better by the time that we got home, and he was basically back to normal by the following day. No complaints…would absolutely return (although I hope that we never have to 😅)

Staff was very helpful with all my questions and handled my kitten with grace despite her acting like a gremlin that got fed after midnight....Apologies from Pippin, hopefully I'll be a nicer lady when I return. So happy to have found this place, pricing and convenience can't be beat! Thanks again!

We brought our cat here due to an infection in her ear & eye that was pretty uncomfortable. The vet tech who checked us in was very nice & explained how to check in on the Ipad. The vet who treated our cat was incredible, he was comforting to our cat & demonstrated how to use the medication prescribed without asking. It was affordable & quick. We walked in @3:30 & walked out @3:58 ! I would 10/10 recommend this place !

I found this wonderful place on google on a whim And I’m so glad I did. Great service, very clean, and everyone was so friendly. They got me and my fur baby in and out. So reasonably priced and serviced my needs without me having to go to an emergency vet! I will defiantly be bringing my fur baby back✨

Absolutely loved this clinic. The Dr, staff, very kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They took their time with us, and were very gentle with our fur babies. We will definitely be back.
