Took my cat to see Dr. Schade today for her first ever vet visit and I am SO impressed with the care we received. I adopted Luna about a year and a half ago as a 6 month old kitten from Detroit humane and she sadly has been very afraid of people except my husband and I. Very comfortable at home but the idea of getting her to the vet gave me incredible anxiety! I knew it was time to bite the bullet as she was due for shots and needed an exam so I found Hartrick since I work Nextdoor at corewell. Even before I arrived their customer service via emails and texts was impressive. They Let me know I could wait in the car until exam time which put me at ease ahead of the appt. I was seen promptly by the wonderful tech and vet and they were so great with my severely nervous cat. Kind gentle and professional. An anxiety provoking negative experience completely turned positive and both my cat and were at ease. Bravo to the wonderful Hartrick staff can’t thank you enough for helping us today! I look forward to Lunas next visit!

Our Chihuahua Harry LOVES the staff at Hartrick and so do we. No matter the issue we are coming in for they are always so compassionate, sweet, and most importantly our baby feels comfortable and safe with them. The doctor's and techs are all so knowledgeable, patient and caring. We're so happy to be able to come here.

This clinic is a great find. The whole staff is friendly and helpful, from the front desk to the techs & doctors. You can tell they like their jobs. Although I have dogs, there is a separate waiting area for cats to be secluded from the dogs coming in. We’re never waiting in the lobby for long before someone comes to get us. They cash you out in the room, so when the procedures are done, I can just leave. 5 star service.

As a first-time cat owner, I was searching for a vet that provides top-notch care for my pet and Hartrick does that and so much more! Everyone at the clinic, from the front desk to the techs to the doctors, is so friendly and treats my girl with the utmost respect, love, and care. They create a comfortable and safe environment for all pets and the clinic is always very clean. Appointments are always timely and the staff takes the time to answer any questions I have. I cannot recommend this office enough!!

The kindest staff who always work hard to make sure my cats are as comfortable as possible at visits. They have patiently helped me navigate a long stretch of redirected aggression with my cats. I am very grateful for how they always come through. They are as good with my cats as cat exclusive clinics have been.
