Very kind and compassionate staff and doctors. Had to take my sweet 14 year old cat Gus here when I thought he was just sick, but ended up being my last day with him and was the worst day of my life, but the doctors/nurse/assistants/desk staff all were so very kind and understanding. I'd highly recommend this vet office to anyone looking for a very warm place to bring their fur family. You can tell they truly care and understand how important our pets are to us. Attached a photo of Gus the day before his visit to highlight how beautiful my baby was.

VCA Animal Hospital seems to have an all around caring staff. They are comfortable with large breeds, unlike that other vet on Ford in Garden City. Exam room smelled clean, without reminding you of a chemical dump. All is well so far, I'll update this review if my puppy doesn't make it. Still good.

Russ, who answered the phone and then checked us in was so friendly! Dr Miller and Chloe provided great care for my dog. Really appreciated same day emergency appointment as we are visiting family in Michigan and not a client.

They are very caring and make sure that all your concerns are addressed. Dr. Kennedy was very caring and helpful with my dog, he is nervous at the vet. The whole staff was very nice, wish I remembered the name of the young woman that also helped Jasper, thank you.

The staff and doctor went above and beyond to care for my fur baby. They got me in to be seen right away on, what I considered an emergency, when they were completely booked and I am so very grateful. Thank you again for your kindness and care ❤❤
