We were on vacation when our Golden-Doodle developed a severe ear problem. They were able to squeeze us in and Dr.Nelson took great care of our dog. We have already recommended them to family that recently moved into the area.

We came up from down state to spend a week on the Black River. Our dog had developed a rash and it became badly infected by the time we'd arrived in Cheboygan. I called and they got us in the same day! Staff was great and all is well now. Vacation not ruined.

The vet is great! My baby has had 2 ivdd episodes thankfully he was well medicated, And I was told to give him strict crate crate rest. My brothers beloved spaniel began hemorrhaging through her eyes, ears .. every orphis, the vet met him at the clinic at 3am, unfortunately, she passed, and the vet determined the cause was a certain mushroom. The staff is helpful, and empathetic.
