This place is amazing!! My dog Meredith had lost the use of her back legs due to a ruptured disc and spinal cord bruising. The staff is absolutely amazing you can tell there love for your pet the moment the receptionist answers the phone. The whole staff is very friendly there love for your pet/family member is apparent every step of you being there

The staff and Dr. Petty have been absolutely amazing to not only our pets but to us as well. They were professionally personal, gave great recommendations/advice and took immediate action with our pets. Our kitty recently had an appointment here due to a tail “injury” and the receptionist was very accommodating and kind, she even got us in earlier than our set appointment time. It was a great first experience so I decided to take my puppy there to get his vaccinations and wellness exam. We got in earlier than set time again! I was very pleased and appreciate that the staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked into the door and made sure both me and my puppy were comfortable. The appointment was fairly quick but very efficient. Extremely happy with Arbor Pointe Vet:)

I needed a Vet today because my Vet of 30 years couldn’t get my pup in for a cough. This place was amazing. Accommodating, professional, and great for my pup. He got checked by an amazing tech and doctor and got lots of love. He ended up with kennel cough. So I’m happy to say he’s on the mend. Thank you. We will be back! Douglas and I appreciate your customer service.

A little more on the pricey side but it’s worth every penny. The vets are the absolute sweetest to both my cats and are very helpful to any questions I may have. I’ve gotten both of my cats fixed here along with all their shots. Not one complaint will ever come out of me. Highly recommend for all your furry friends!!

Love this place! Called every vet I could in the area and every place was booked until the end of the year or not excepting new clients. I called them and was able to make an appointment for a cat neutering for a week later. The lady on the phone was so nice! The ladies at the desk also were so kind and patient with me and explained everything throughly for after care surgery for my sweet Ozzy! Thank you so much again!
