Highly recommend this vet! My Dog has had a traumatizing past and Bay Valley always has a way of making my dog calm and comfortable!! They have a very friendly staff that I can always count on to give my dog the proper care he needs!! This is such a loving vet who not only cares about the animals they take care of, but the animals owners as well! I cannot express the numerous amount of times that I’ve had anxiety because of my dog’s health and the Doctors at Bay Valley instantly put me at ease knowing that my dog was is good hands and that no matter the issue, they would give my dog the best care that he needs! You can’t really find that reassuring feeling at most vets but you can definitely find it at Bay Valley Animal Hospital!

The staff is very friendly and informative. I was a new patient and they were booked all day but still fit my puppy in for observation and treatment. I could not even be happier. Especially because my vet couldn’t get us in but recommended Bay Valley. I will be switching over to Bay Valley now. They are simply amazing. I’m so grateful for the care they provided my pup.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I don’t know how they compare as far as cost, but Penelope gets treated wonderfully, and that’s most important for me. Educated, knowledgeable veterinarians. Could not ask for any better.

I recently had to put down my elderly kitty. Anna M. the vet assistant was super helpful in explaining the process and was very sweet and compassionate. Lori at the front desk was also extremely sweet and helpful. Their kindness made the incredibly difficult process a little easier. Thank you guys, we appreciated it a lot.
