They are amazing and caring!!! Just lost my service dog of 11 years and they were so compassionate and kind during the process of him going to sleeping and handled him with such respect!!! Thank you all so much for making it comfortable as you could!!! From a broken-hearted Mom… I love you Axel Rose!!! 🍪

Brought my cat there, drove from 45 mins away. Was very fast to get in if you call shortly after they open up. Everyone there is very nice (even when I got impatient at one point) I was treated with kindness and they are very thorough just a bit pricey. With how busy they are I really think they try their best.

Phenomenal people and care. Saved my dogs life. Diagnosed bladder stones and helped keep him alive so he could be operated on the next day. Highly recommended

This emergency vet saw my last dog, cancer took her last March. The staff and vets who helped our girl cross were absolutely amazing, supportive, and full of compassion. They have also seen my current pup, who has a cleft palate. The vet we saw, quickly took care of him, and had him ready to come home. I absolutely LOVE the staff here, and how compassionate they have been with my dogs.

Whoever the older woman was working on 8-6-2023 around 10:00pm answering phone calls should be fired. I have called this vet before about recommendations with my exotic animal when it has come to emergencies and they have been a huge help. Tonight when I called about my exotic pet I just got the word ferret out and this incredibly unprofessional, and rude older woman scoffed and let us know that they do not care about exotics or work on them, when I know that they in fact do. I was going to be bringing my pet in tonight just for images or an X-ray due to an event that happened and I got hung up on. If you do not care about animals you should NOT be involved in a job where you care for animals. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
