The staff here are amazing at what they do. They are all genuinely kind and clearly love animals. The are professional, organized and accommodating to a clients needs to the best of their abilities. They are also extremely reasonable in their pricing in this very expensive world. This hospital is a blessing to this community.

No thank you will never come here again my grandmother called ahead of time to ask if she could pay over the phone with her card. Clearly someone told her yes because if that wasn’t the case, I would’ve never brought the cat here to receive her second shot without getting the money or card you will never ever get my business ever again or my sister who comes here now she will go somewhere else Or my grandmother who has so many cats get your priorities straight…. And give me my damn cat shouldn’t take no damn hour to give a cat a shot

I had a nice experience with Paw prints and was glad visiting them in January for Sugar Cleopatra 2nd and this is my second visit for a new adoption Maple. i respect their curbside service because you are vaccinated doesn't mean it's over. we all must protect ourselves I just read something on the back of my adoption papers do you realize cats and dogs can get coronavirus too? A man and his cat contracted bubonic plague from a mouse out west the cat didn't make it, he was hospitalized and was lucky to be alive. thanks guys for your expertise and the wonderful things you do there for animals rescue.

My 1.5 year old Pomeranian has been going to Paw Prints since he was 4 months, they were recommended by a neighbor because of their affordable prices and good care. I’ve personally never experienced any issues and sorry to those whom have because I love it here!! I will take that 45 minutes drive from VA to Waldorf any day and I always recommend Paw Prints to other pet owners. The techs are always so nice, they answer the phones when calling to make appointments and they follow up on emails. The gentleman who checks you in when you arrive to tell you where to park is always professional and nice. Out of the numerous times we’ve been for check ups and vaccines, there has only been 1 instance where we waited about an hour or so before we were seen and the staff was apologetic for the wait. I do wish we got to know the doctors a bit more since we cannot go in with our pets to ask questions or see what’s going on but I understand how their set up is and that’s what makes them efficient and keeps their cost low. The techs do a great job communicating our concerns or questions to the doctor. Thank you Paw Prints!!

Update.....rude staff persons. After sitting for 30 minites, after appointment time, was told that they have to check to see if they can do what I scheduled weeks ago. And still waiting for a response at 9:30. We have taken our last 2 dogs here for doctor visits and more recently for neutering. VERY reasonably priced. This is the first animal hospital that i am aware of, that you are not allowed to enter. The staffers come to your car to pick your pet up, retrieve your payment, and return your pet to you.
