I’ve had some weird experiences at this office. Took my kittens in two years ago to be checked out and there was a child in the room for the whole visit. The dr’s son I think? The second visit, I took in one cat because of suspected worms. Same kid was there the whole visit! Not the biggest deal but still strange and uncomfortable as you’re trying to talk about your kitten having worms in their feces. Here’s the part that was frustrating… my cat had a literal worm in the fecal sample I brought in. Dr said he would give me deworming medication for both my cats just in case. Received medication for just one cat which I only realized after I got home. The instructions were a little unclear so I didn’t even realize until the next day when I was going to start the medication. Not to mention the fact that the fecal sample tested NEGATIVE for worms shortly after the visit. How can that be? I got the correct medications eventually because I was not convinced. Better safe than sorry! Point blank, communication and professionalism is not the best here. Many teenagers are employed, which may contribute a little bit too. I’d recommend a different veterinary office.

First things First, the sheltering service for this hospital is absolutely beyond horrible its disgusting. The dogs get outside time In these small dirty cages outside, and inside time. Your animal is likely to come back home with fleas of some sort. The Cats on the other hand have little to no space to roam or move as they are sheltered in small metal housings that are significantly tinier than even the Baltimore animal shelter where I adopted my cat. Additionally most of the staff more than 75% are clueless children, with the exception of a few clueless adults who gave my Cat a hematoma from poking and prodding her to much and in the wrong spots. Furthermore this animal clinic can’t even identify the difference between a male or a female feline. To end this review I’d recommend never stepping foot in this clinic, unprofessional, ran by children, and overall the professionalism by the vets just isn’t there.

I've gone here 20 years now and won't go anywhere else. I've boarded there and always been happy. The vets are top notch with Dr Fioramonti explains the issues and will listen to what you have to say and for my specialty cats like the diabetics Dr Sand will go through complex issues. Now the one comment I hear from others is the building is old and the offices and waiting area is dated and looks old. But I don't go there for the ambiance and if the wait time can sometimes be a little long it's because they are taking time and not rushing people in and out

I had the unfortunate circumstance of having to put down a very sick hedgehog that has been a part of my family for the past 4 years. It was my first time putting a pet down and I was at a loss of how to proceed, I brought my pet Hedgie to Towson Veterinary Hospital and the staff was empathetic, patient, and helpful. What was unexpected was the level of compassion given to me and my wife was by Dr. Fioramonti, whom explained every step of the process as it was happening with gentleness and empathy. He gave us options on how involved we wanted to be and he checked in with us during the whole process. In our hedgehog's last moments, he was handled with care. As tough as the situation was, the experience was immaculate.

Dr. Fioramonti is the best! However, they're going out of control with the prices!!! I know every year it's about $300 to $400 for a vaccine update for my 4 y/o 5 pounds dog; this year I had to cancel the appointment because they told me it would be around $750!!! (thank God I asked) I got a round trip plane ticket to Colombia, S.A. for less than this money!!! I need to find another place!
