All the staff were very friendly and welcoming to both my humans and myself, Harriett the kitten. I thought they did a great job with me, although it made my eyes pop out when they took my temperature. They told my humans what was wrong with me, they gave them good instructions on how to apply the medication. My humans were also surprised with the cost. They both said they were expecting it to cost way more than it did. I would recommend going to this vet for urgent care. Hi paw… Harriett T Kitten.

I have had to use Urgent Vet Care on 2 separate occasions and I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kretchmer and her staff! The amount of compassion they show and care they have given is top notch! Online scheduling and short weight times have also been a plus. Reasonable pricing, clean facility, and I never felt rushed when asking questions. The practice has everything necessary to make a rapid and accurate diagnosis too. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my fur babies. The Cockeysville area is lucky to have this vet!

As a specialry vet tech I am always very judgy about vet care. My cat was in for vomiting from a chronic condition flareup and they did great work with him. The techs, front desk staff and all were super nice and understanding that cat mom is super anxious and knows too much. Dr. Kretchmer was amazing and went over all the options with me and the fact I had an appointment with my regular vet in 2 weeks so didn't recommend things that could wait. I super appreciate all of them there and helping my kid feel better.

Amazing staff and they care for your pet like they are their own. They were able to perform an emergency surgery the same day I brought my puppy in. I can’t say enough good things about this place!

Urgent Vet Care provided exceptional service when my partner and I took our dog Duchess in for care. Their seamless online check-in process made scheduling effortless, and once at the clinic, the staff demonstrated unparalleled care and attention towards our furry family member. We were particularly touched by the thoughtful gesture of sending Duchess a heartfelt get-well card signed and decorated by Silvia, Steph, Hailey, and Josie. Their dedication to both pet and owner comfort sets them apart, and we are immensely grateful for their professionalism and compassion. Thank you, Urban Vet Care, for going above and beyond in caring for Duchess. She's feeling much better now and absolutely adores her card!
